02 / FUNCTIONAL FEATURES
Saltwater chlorine generation through a replaceable or serviceable electrolytic cell configuration, subject to the selected model.
Chlorine output, operating schedule, polarity cycle and control interface are defined by the selected product configuration.
Protection and alarm functions may include low-flow, low-salt, over-temperature, cell fault and output limiting functions.
Display-free and connected configurations can be specified with RS485, Modbus RTU, Wi-Fi or app connectivity where supported.
Housing, label, firmware, user interface, packaging, documentation and electrical specifications can be reviewed for OEM projects.
Cell assemblies, power modules and replacement parts can be identified against the final bill of materials.
03 / PRODUCT CONFIGURATIONS
Use the series matrix to identify the required control architecture. Final output, voltage, plumbing, cell and communication specifications must be confirmed against the product quotation and technical datasheet.
| SERIES | CONTROL INTERFACE | COMMUNICATION | CONFIGURATION REVIEW |
|---|---|---|---|
| MINI | Compact local control | Confirm per model | Output, cell, enclosure and power input |
| PRO | Local control with expanded options | Confirm per model | Output, protection, plumbing and service parts |
| MAX Digital | Digital display and menu control | Confirm per model | Display, firmware, alarms and integration options |
| MAX Touch | Touchscreen user interface | Confirm per model | Interface, enclosure, software and connectivity |
04 / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The following specification groups define the minimum information for model comparison, quotation and engineering approval.
REQUEST FULL DATASHEET| Chlorine output | Confirm g/h rating and adjustment range per model |
|---|---|
| Power input | Voltage, frequency, maximum current and plug standard |
| Salt concentration | Required operating range and low-salt threshold |
| Cell assembly | Cell material, service life, connector and replacement part number |
| Water interface | Pipe size, flow direction, flow switch and compatible plumbing kit |
| Protection rating | Enclosure rating, operating temperature and protection functions |
| Communication | RS485, Modbus RTU, Wi-Fi, app and third-party interface requirements |
| Compliance | Target-market certification and documentation requirements |
05 / DIMENSIONS AND INTERFACES
Confirm the dimensional drawing and interface definition before enclosure design, plumbing layout, electrical integration or private-label approval.
06 / STANDARD PACKAGE
Package contents vary by model, market and purchase order. Request the model-specific packing list before approval.
07 / OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
Accessory compatibility must be checked against the selected controller, cell assembly and firmware version.
08 / TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
Request the latest controlled document set for the selected model, market and firmware revision.
REQUEST DOCUMENT PACKAGE09 / PRODUCT FAQ
Output range and cell configuration can be reviewed by model series. OEM projects may specify a target output, power input and operating profile subject to engineering validation.
Communication availability depends on the selected controller and firmware. Request the current interface specification and register map for confirmation.
Replacement cell availability and service part numbers should be confirmed against the exact controller, connector and cell revision.
OEM/ODM review can include enclosure, label, user interface, embedded software, packaging and documentation. Minimum order, tooling and certification requirements apply.
Most evaluations require the datasheet, dimensional drawing, installation manual, electrical specification, interface definition, certification documents and model-specific packing list.
Minimum order quantities vary by model, configuration and OEM program scope. Standard and private-label programs are available. Contact the product team with your target volume and specification requirements.
